  1. Cancellation/No Show Policy

In order to avoid cancellation fees, a 48 your notice is suggested for any change of appointments. Less than 48 hours may incur a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 12 hours in advanced or if the appointment is missed completely with no communication with the office, new chiropractic patients are subject to a $150 fee and current patients are subject to a $75 fee; this will not be covered by the insurance company. A credit card is required when scheduling appointments.

  1. Scheduled Appointments

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for time to check-in. We understand that delays can occur, however we must do our best to try to keep the other patients and doctors on time.

If a patient is more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, we may have to reschedule the appointment for another day and/or time. Your appointment will be subject to no show fees.

  1. Account Balances

We require payment at time of service.  If the balance is not paid at the time of service, you will be subject to 3rd party reimbursement rates. Patients with balances must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
