Cancellation & No Show Policy

  1. Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that appointments are sometimes missed due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or obligations with family and work. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing others from receiving much needed treatment. Conversely, if another patient doesn’t call us to cancel their appointment, they may be preventing you from receiving the treatment you may need.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced or if the appointment is missed completely with no communication with the office, new chiropractic patients are subject to a $150 fee and current chiropractic patients are subject to a $75 fee; it will not be covered by the insurance company. A $50 fee will be charged for massage and acupuncture appointments.

  1. Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can occur, however we must do our best to try to keep the other patients and doctors on time.

If a patient is more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we will have to reschedule the appointment for another day and/or time.

  1. Account Balances

We will require that patients with point of service (self-pay) accounts pay their account balances to $0 prior to receiving further treatment by our office. If the balance is not paid at the time of service, you will be subject to 3rd party reimbursement rates.

Patients with balances over $100 must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
